Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By signing up for publie.ai you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using publie.ai on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

publie.ai is an AI LinkedIn workspace that helps you create, approve and publish or schedule LinkedIn posts. The product specification is set out on our marketing site and in your account.

3. Your account

  • Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • One person per account, unless you are on a Team or Agency plan that explicitly permits multiple seats.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use publie.ai to:

  • Publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or fraudulent content.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Generate fake engagement, auto-likes, auto-comments or auto-connections.
  • Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to circumvent rate limits or guardrails.
  • Use the service to violate LinkedIn’s Terms of Service or developer policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your AI Persona, voice samples, drafts and posts. You grant publie.ai a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service for you (including passing it to our AI providers under data-processing agreements).

6. Payments and refunds

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Indian users are billed in INR via Razorpay with GST-compliant invoices.
  • Global users are billed in USD (or local currency where supported) via Stripe; in supported regions, taxes are handled by our Merchant-of-Record (Paddle).
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
  • Failed payments are retried over 7 days; if they continue to fail, the account is downgraded to Free.

7. LinkedIn

publie.ai uses official LinkedIn APIs under OAuth 2.0. You authorise us only to publish the posts you have explicitly approved. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from Settings; doing so immediately pauses all scheduled jobs.

8. Service availability

We target 99.9% API uptime and 99.5% on-time scheduled publishing. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled posts that fail due to LinkedIn outages, expired tokens or content rejected by LinkedIn will be marked Failed with a clear reason.

9. Disclaimers and liability

publie.ai is provided ‘as is’. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms, or if required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India, unless local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
